Returns -Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 150 days of delivery for a partial refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items returned for refund need to be accompanied by an Insurance ID card from the prescribed user and a copy an acceptable claim denial letter from the Health Insurer for the prescribed user that references the specific policy language that excludes coverage for hyperhidrosis or conditions affecting the sweat glands. The Drionic devices are cleared by the FDA after extensive controlled human clinical trials conducted at Johns Hopkins, Walter Reed Military Hospital, George Washignton University, and Northwestern University School of Medicine. The Drionic devices have been prescribed by leading physicians for over 35 years. The Drionic Devices are not experimental devices and insurer denial for this reason is not acceptable to the General Medical Company.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
The Seller ships 99% of its orders within 2 hours of receiving each order using: USPS, DHL, UPS and Fedex exclusively. Due to the vagaries of shipping the Seller is not responsible for the malfeasance or negligence of any common carriers or governmental official that may delay or obstruct the timely delivery of any order. In the event any package is lost or stolen please ask an appropriate official of the Common Carrier to send the Seller an e-mail confirming that a particular package has been lost or stolen. The Seller will then reconfirm the correct shipping address and resend the item solely upon the Seller's discretion. The Seller does not accept any responsibility or liability that arises from any negligent or wrongful act committed by any common carrier or its' agents, employees or assigns including any government officials acting any capacity.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and they must be accompanied by a written claim denial letter from the user named on the physician's prescription. Any orders cancelled more than 48 hours past the order entry but before shipment to the customer are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not guarantee the performance of any common carrier. Please Note First Class Mail shipments are not insured. The Customer is responsible for promptly remitting any Customs Fees or Duties charged by any government outside the U.S.A.
